Easy, quick and convenient meals with Tit Bit Spices

Cooking now comes very naturally to me, working with the same routine ingredients & thinking out of the box happens more instinctively than ever before. That’s one of the first things I learnt during my work tenure with Chef Saransh Goila. My love for Indian food from what it was a while back to now has grown immensely. Playing with flavours, textures, spices, spice blends & cooking Indian food is my kind of “fun time”. So, when Tit Bit Spices sent me some of their spice blends to try, it led to an afternoon of absolute joy pairing them together & making something for the family.
So far, I have used their Veg Makhanwala, Chaat Masala & Sandwich Masala for the Diwali party star dish – Cheesy Veg Makhani Fondue with Chatpata Pav Croutons, Butter Tossed Mushrooms & Fries. This one turned out to be a keeper for fancy get togethers as it literally brings everyone together on the table & it’s so much fun seeing everyone enjoy your food.
Other than that, I tried Tit Bit Spices Biryani masala & Meat Masala for our Sunday Dum Gosht Biryani lunch & that too turned out to be such a winner among the folks. They also have a Chicken Masala as well as a Paneer Tikka Masala. These masala’s help to make a lovely curry or can be transformed into an aromatic Biryani using their Biryani Masala. As for appetizers I also had made a hassle-free Paneer Tikka using Tit Bit Spices Paneer Tikka Masala.
What I liked most about the spice blends from Tit Bit Spices
I loved the convenience Tit Bit Spices gives to amateur cooks in the kitchen. The ingredient list of every spicy blend covers all the components of the dish. All you need to add is salt as per preference other than the spice blend to your dish. Most of the spice blends I received from Tit Bit Spices came under the price of Rs 60-70.
I have never tried making Dabeli at home before & I can’t wait to treat my folks with hot dabeli’s one of these days using Tit Bit Spices Dabeli Masala. After working with a couple of spice blends from Tit Bit Spices, I personally think it’s one of those things to have around in the kitchen for easy & fast cooking. It is also of great help for new bee cooks or when trying hands on a new dish specially at the price range it comes at.
Apart from the Indian spice blends, they also have regular ground spices, spice blends for Jain food as well as Chinese spice blends. Also, they have the basic 4 spices used most in Indian cooking i.e. Coriander powder, Turmeric, Garam Masala & Red Chilli Powder. I am also eyeing on theirTea Masala for our morning Tea to go with my breakfast.
While I go make that Dabeli for my family, wonder what you are cooking?
